1/4 cup of mild nut or seed butter (such as almond, cashew, or sunflower seed butter)

Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped nuts, dried fruits, shredded coconut, and sea salt.
In a saucepan, combine the CBD-infused honey and nut or seed butter. Heat over low to medium heat until everything is melted and combined. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients in the mixing bowl. Stir well to ensure everything is well coated.
Once the mixture is combined and slightly cooled, start forming balls using your hands. You can make them as large or as small as you like.
Place the formed balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
Once set, transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
Recipe Note
Variations: Feel free to experiment with different dried fruits like figs or dates for a unique flavor twist. Chia seeds or flaxseeds can also be added for an extra nutritional boost.
Storage: These CBD-infused granola balls can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. For longer storage, consider freezing them and defrosting as needed.
