Insurance Coverage: We value your trust in us. That's why for orders exceeding $1000, we cover insurance costs, ensuring your purchase is protected against any loss or damage during transit. Tracking details will be provided to keep you updated.

Return/Refund Policy

We take pride in the quality of our CBD extracts and aim to ensure you're satisfied with every purchase. However, given the nature of our products, we've set the following return and refund guidelines:

All Sales Are Final: For the safety and hygiene of our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened or used. Once an order is shipped, it's considered final.

Damaged or Defective Products: Should you receive a product that's damaged or defective, please get in touch with our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. Provide a detailed description and photos of the issue, and we'll assess the situation. Depending on our evaluation, we might offer a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, reach out to us promptly at contact@hivehempworks.com. We'll try our best to accommodate if the order hasn't been shipped. However, once it's in transit, cancellations are not possible.
